Modern Living Supply 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy

At Modern Living Supply, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition, with original packaging. If you decide to return a product within 30 days of the delivery date, we'll be happy to assist you with a refund, except in cases where product pages or details specify otherwise*.

To initiate a return, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Our return policy covers cancellations after physical shipment or refusal at the time of delivery. Refunds will be processed for the product price, minus applicable fees and charges. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

The Following Cannot Be Returned:
1. Products eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty.
2. Products with opened original manufacturer packaging.
3. Products out of their original manufacturers' packaging.

To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:

Return requests must be submitted in writing to support@modernlivingsupply.com. For exclusions and manufacturer-specific return policies, please refer to the "Returns" tab on the product page.

Return Procedure:

Submit your return request in writing to support@modernlivingsupply.com. Once approved, follow the instructions provided in the return approval email. Securely pack all returned items in the original packaging and include requested paperwork. We recommend photographing the package and item before shipping. Ship the package; we will either provide a return shipping label or you can arrange shipping. Provide us with the tracking number. Upon receiving your return and inspection, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement, as long as they haven't shipped. Orders canceled after 1 hour of placement, but before shipping, are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Shipped orders follow the standard return procedure for refunds.

Pre-Orders:

At Modern Living Supply, we rely on just-in-time fulfillment to offer products at low factory-direct prices. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly with ETA and alternative options. You may choose an alternative product, cancel your order without a fee, or accept the ETA and place your order on pre-order status. Canceling a confirmed pre-order before shipping may incur a 5% cancellation fee. Canceled pre-orders after shipping follow the standard return policy.

Damaged Merchandise:

In case of shipping damage, contact support@modernlivingsupply.com for replacement and pick-up of the damaged product. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Defective Merchandise:

Most products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Contact support@modernlivingsupply.com if you discover any manufacturer's defects for assistance.

Please Note:

Customers are responsible for returning products in new resalable condition, including obtaining tracking numbers and shipping insurance. Products received in unacceptable condition may be denied, disposed of, or returned at the customer's expense. Allow 7-14 business days after delivery for inspection and refund processing. Unauthorized returns, past 30 days, or in unacceptable condition will be refused or shipped back at the customer's cost.
